Our maple grove
Located in the Eastern Townships, in the heart of the Shefford County. A paradise of mountains, hills and valleys far from pollution where the forest covers 80% of the territory. It is in this region that we decided to establish our maple grove. This allowed us to put forward our many projects and to increase our passion for nature.
Quebec Pride
Maple Syrup
Coming from a family of maple syrup producers who started in 1929 and who are now in their 3rd generation. An enchanting site for the production of an elixir that is the pride of Quebec, maple syrup. A fervent supporter of nature and wildlife protection, we have obtained a certificate for an entirely organic maple grove with Ecocert Canada. What started out as a hobby has become a family passion.
Distinction
La Grande Sève
Our sugar bush was able to win this silver medal in a competition: La Grande Sève.
This competition is a way to showcase the best maple syrups from our Quebec terroir and a unique opportunity to compare this local product.
This competition is organized by : La Fondation de la Commanderie de L’Érable. The tasting judges were people from the maple syrup industry, expert tasters, chefs and pastry chefs.
